Sale Sharks have announced the signing of Australian International James O'Connor, who will join the club for the 2017/18 season, on a three-year deal.
He joins Sale Sharks after 3 years in the South of France, where he played for European giants, Toulon. The 26-year-old has represented his country 44 times since debuting against Italy in 2008.
O'Connor, who is 5 ft 11 in and weighs 196 lb, has represented Western Force, London Irish, Melbourne Rebels, Queensland Reds, Toulon and Australia.
Sale Sharks Director of Rugby Steve Diamond said:
