Cian Healy has been cited following Leinster's 22-17 win over Exeter Chiefs in the Champions Cup last weekend.
The prop was yellow-carded for allegedly charging into a ruck and striking the head of the Exeter Chiefs hooker, Luke Cowan-Dickie with his forearm.
On the other hand, England centre Manu Tuilagi also faces disciplinary action after being cited for a dangerous tackle in the 49th minute of Leicester's European defeat by Munster on Sunday.
The 26-year-old was making his first appearance since suffering a knee injury on the first day of the season.
A review will take place in London tomorrow (Wednesday), and if found guilty, the low-entry ban for the offences is two weeks, meaning Healy could miss Leinster’s upcoming matches with Munster and Connacht.
