Bath name team for visit of Gloucester Rugby

Bath’s Head of Rugby has seen the return of the club’s international players after their respective Six Nations campaigns for the league’s Round 12 ‘Derby Weekend’.

Props Beno Obano and Thomas du Toit make up the front row with Tom Dunn starting at hooker.

Quinn Roux and Charlie Ewels combine in the engine room in front of a back-row featuring Josh Bayliss, returning from injury, Guy Pepper, and Alfie Barbeary at Number 8.

Captain Ben Spencer and Finn Russell are reunited as the Blue, Black and White’s half-backs with Cam Redpath and Max Ojomoh continuing their partnership as the inside and outside centres, respectively.

Winger Will Muir is also back following an injury sustained earlier in the year with Ruaridh McConnochie lining up on the opposite flank.

Tom de Glanville completes the starting XV at fullback.

Props Francois van Wyk, Will Stuart and hooker Niall Annett are the front-row replacements. Ted Hill, Sam Underhill, returning from ankle surgery, and Jaco Coetzee are the other impact forwards.

Scrum-half Louis Schreuder and fellow back Will Butt complete a six-two split on the bench.
