Edinburgh take a 17-14 lead over the Dragons into halftime. Edinburgh started strongly with a try just two minutes in and added a second midway through to the half to open up a 12-0 lead. The Dragons got on the board with a try after 22 minutes and ran in a second score ten minutes later to hit the front 14-12. Edinburgh scored their third try just before halftime for a three point advantage at the break.
