Edgerley joined Rosslyn Park from Esher and made his debut in the Japan tournament, along the way to scoring 13 tries and 67 points overall in 11 IRB events.
They include the one after the hooter that beat Wales 24-21 to secure third place in the Glasgow tournament in May.
He also scored a try against New Zealand when England finished fourth in the 2013 Dubai event where he also landed a conversion against Fiji.
At 15-a-side level, he played in four preparatory games for England U18 in 2008-09 against South West Academies, London Academies, North Academies and Midlands Academies before appearing in matches against Scotland (twice), Japan High Schools, Italy and on tour against Boland and Western Province in South Africa.
Edgerley became a summer 2015 signing for Doncaster, arriving in South Yorkshire boasting a wealth of experience in the games shortened format having represented England on the International Sevens Circuit for three years.
