Abby Dow plays as a wing or fullback. She was born in 1997 and comes from a family of rugby enthusiasts.
Abby made her debut for England in 2017, where she scored five tries in her first two games. She has since won several Six Nations titles with England and was named in the World Rugby Women's 15s Dream Team of the Year twice. In 2022, she suffered a broken leg but managed to recover in time to play in the Rugby World Cup later that year, where she played a key role in helping England reach the final.
Abby played for Wasps for six years before moving to Harlequins in 2023.
