Te Ariki Ben-Nicholas is a hard running, mobile No. 8 who has the ability to break defences at will. Playing for the Wellington Lions in the 2019 Mitre 10 Cup, the back rower was a standout making some of the most metres in the competition.
A versatile forward he can play in the second and back row and made his Super Rugby debut with the Highlanders during the 2020 season.
`He heads into the 2020 Mitre 10 Cup with 28 appearances for Wellington and 15 points scored.
