Following their loss to the Crusaders last week, the Blues hit the ground running against the Chiefs on Sunday with Matt Duffie slicing through the Chiefs' defence from a lovely set piece move.
From a scrum, the Blues got the ball out to Rieko Ioane who had Matt Duffie coming in on the angle to surge through and dot down in his first Super Rugby Aotearoa start.

The Blues went into the break leading the Chiefs 14-7 with Patrick Tuipulotu also dotting down for the hosts.
