WATCH: Prop intercepts and runs 40 metres to set up Southland try

Southland were 7 points down before half time against Canterbury in the Mitre 10 Cup with the Ranfurly Shield up for grabs. 

Canterbury had possession and had Southland on the back foot before Southland's tighthead prop Morgan Mitchel intercepted and run about 40m to set up a great try for Southland to tie the game up at half time.
