Henry Slade admitted he was delighted to have signed a new three-year deal at the Exeter Chiefs.
Slade, who is one of the emerging England stars in the Chiefs squad, said it was a “pleasure” to be part of the current set-up at Sandy Park after joining young guns Luke Cowan-Dickie, Dave Ewers, Sam Hill and Jack Nowell in committing himself to the club.
Slade kicked six points in Exeter Chiefs’ 25-22 win at Gloucester on Friday night which sent them to the top of the Aviva Premiership, and has been gaining plenty of followers with his form this season.
