Allister Coetzee confirmed as Springbok coach
South African Rugby confirmed Coetzee's appointment at a press conference earlier today. He became the first black provincial rugby side coach in 2001 and his career has included a successful tenure with the Stormers. Coetzee was appointed as assistant Springbok coach in 2004 and was part of the 2007 World Cup winning team.

Wayne Pivac confirms talks with Crusaders wing
Pivac has confirmed that he has spoken with Crusaders Johnny McNicholl about a move to Llanelli next season to ply alongside Welsh Trio Jonathan Davies, Scott Williams
and Rhys Patchell.
"We haven't finalised a squad for next season but we aren't far off," said Pivac. "That is a name that has been mentioned but there are other players, along with him, that I have spoken to."
"But outside back is a position we are looking to fill."
Beale set for Waratahs return
Beale looks ready to return to action for the Waratahs in Round 8 of Super Rugby after an elbow injury saw him miss Round 6 (the team had a Round 7 bye).
"If he continues to get through [sessions], then hopefully he'll be available for selection," said assistant coach Cameron Blade.
