Top 14 Final | Five Players To Watch

Bordeuax have made their first ever Top 14 Final and face the powerhouse defending Champions, Toulouse. Here are five players that usually would fly under the radar but will have a big impact on the outcome.

Rodrigue Neti - Toulouse:

Neti, who has played behind the injured Cyril Baille has played 23 of the 27 Top 14 games this season amassing 1045 minutes of rugby in the competition. He has a tackle completion of 84% and has provided three try assists.

Alexandre Roumat - Toulouse:

Roumat, the son of Olivier Roumat, is a skillfull and fast number 8 with an excellent defensive record. He will happily crash the ball up but expect to see him link up with the backs. Roumat is also playing against one of his old sides having played over 100 games for Bordeaux

Pita Ahki - Toulouse:

Ahki joined Touylouse from Connacht and has become one of the first names on the teamsheet. He is the glue that keeps the backline together on defence and attack.

Tevita Tatafu - Bordeaux:

Tatafu has beat more defenders than any other forward this season. The battle between Roumat and Tatafu will be mouthwatering and one to watch

Nicolas Depoortere - Bordeaux:

Depoortere has not exaclty flown under the radar but his quality will be put front and centre as he marks Santiago Chocobares. Both 13's are big players that enjoy contact.
