Milner-Skudder handed start: All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has named his side to face Australia in this weekends Rugby Championship showdown, naming Hurricanes winger Nehe Milner-Skudder. The winger has had a break through season in Super Rugby and has earned a shot at facing the Wallabies at the ANZ Stadium in a winner takes all contest. Obviously Milner-Skudder was thrilled with the news, "I'm still trying to get my head around being in the environment. To hear my name called out to get a run around on Saturday is pretty unreal. I'm just really honoured at this moment," a humble Milner-Skudder told All Blacks TV on Thursday."
De Jager to join Blue Bulls: Saracens loose forward Nick de Jager has left the Premiership club to join the Blue Bulls ahead of the Currie Cup competition. The South African flanker, who played a key role in Saracens' victorious LV= Cup campaign last season, will link up with the Pretorian outfit with immediate effect after two seasons at Allianz Park. "Nick has a great opportunity to return home to play for one of South Africa's premier sides, and he leaves with our best wishes,” said Saracens director of rugby, Mark McCall.
