An entertaining first of action in the Super Rugby Aotearoa clash between the Hurricanes and Crusaders in Wellington saw the two sides deadlocked at 17 points apeice.
George Bridge scored a brace to give the Crusaders a 14-3 lead before the Hurricanes started the comeback with a try for Ngani Laumap. Richie Mo'unga slotted a penalty and right from the kick off, Savea put pressure on the Crusaders with the ball spilling loose for James Blackwell who put Savea away with Savea speeding over the line.
