The Best of Jonah Lomu | Taking Names
- 1889
An absolute legend of the game, the late Jonah Lomu was one of the greatest players to ever grace a rugby pitch and was incredibly powerful on both sides of the ball.
Not many were more devastating than the former All Black winger, a man amongst boys despite these boys being hardened internationals.
In the video at the end of the article by Rugby Beasts, we see just how devastating Lomu really was, if we really need a reminder. A number of past English Internationals won't want to see this again nor will a number Frenchman.
There is a lovely run included here were 6 French Internationals fail to stop the big man from scoring while the likes of Niel Back and Lawerence Dalliago failed to drag him down.
There is also a tribute to the late great Joost van der Westhuizen who stopped the big man in the Rugby World Cup Final in 1995.
