Antoine Dupont put on a show on Saturday for Toulouse with a 30 minute super-sub appearance for the club in their 11-17 victory over Biarritz in the Top 14.
With the game tied at 3-3 after 50 minutes, Toulouse head coach Ugo Mola opted to throw his star halfback onto the pitch in an attempt to seal an away win at the Parc Des Sports d'Aguilera.
It didn't take Dupont long to stamp his mark on the game as he charged off the back of a scrum set up Tim Nanai-Williams for a try as the Samoan international run a switch line to carve through the Biarritz defence to score.
It was a classic Dupont performance from there filled with clever kicks, offloads and tackles before he threw a lovely dummy near the ruck and charged through the Biarritz's defence near the 40-metre line and raced away to score.
His two crucial plays put Toulouse in the driving seat as they held a 6-17 led before Joe Tekori was red-carded in the 68th minute with Biarritz scored a consolation try to secure a losing bonus point with the game ending 11-17.
Dupont's 30-minute shift earned him a place in Midi Olympique's team of the week.
