Sunday's Top Performers

Schalk Brits
The outstanding 35 year old proving age is just a number as he put in a hardy shift this afternoon. The South African hooker carried well and managed a couple of breaks which helped a clinical Saracens attack to gain points which secured the win over Sale.
Greg Bateman
Despite going off injured Bateman had to be mentioned as he worked tirelessly around the park. Bateman made over 10 tackles in the game which is some achievement for any member of the front row. He scrummaged strongly and gave the Tigers a solid platform to work off going forward. The bulky prop managed 65 minutes before he had to be hauled off due to injury.
Freddy Burns
Our performer of the night was Tigers out half Freddie Burns. Burns was involved in all of the Tigers scores as he managed to wrack up a staggering 18 points from the kicking tee punishing Quins for their indiscipline. He also had an eye catching cross field kick which gave centre Owen Williams the opportunity to score the games only try.
