Sam Dugdale made 32 successful tackles last weekend against Gloucester Rugby – more than any other player has made in a match this season.
Sam Bedlow leads the Sharks for post-contact metres (28) and defenders beaten (eight).
Bedlow has beaten 24 defenders in his 12 Premiership matches for the Sharks.
The Sharks have won a league-high 97.5% of their own lineouts this season. Five of their eight tries have originated from their lineout.
Sale Sharks’ only defeat at Salford Community Stadium since October 23, 2022, was 14-22 against Bristol Bears in January.
Sale have won their last three fixtures against Newcastle in the Gallagher Premiership, since the Falcons’ 20-14 victory at Kingston Park in December 2022.
