Stability at No 10 can make or break a season

The tackling fly-half is a rare breed.

Like a rugby-following David
Attenborough or David Bellamy, you have to scour the vistas or grapple
through the undergrowth to dig them out.

When you find them, they have their
own unique characteristics; Jonny Wilkinson was someone who reshaped the
game and the view of 10s as defenders, relying on perfect technique to
tackle like a nutter.

Others, such as South Africa’s Butch James, were
technically nutters, happy to smash into anything and anyone they could
find.
