Stade Francais captain Sergio Parisse has been ruled out for three to five weeks after sustaining a calf injury.
The 34-year-old suffered the injury during the victory over Bordeaux-Begles last weekend, and will be replaced at No.8 by South African Willem Alberts and as captain by Remi Bonfils on Saturday.
“It’s a big setback for us because he’s played really well and he’s a very good captain,” said the club’s sporting director Heyneke Meyer.
“But this is not an excuse… Remi and Jules are two very good leaders, we need more than one leader and it’s a good opportunity for them.”
