Europe’s domestic leagues were back in full flow last weekend following the conclusion of the Six Nations, meaning that plenty of top South African stars based on the continent were back in action.
Starting at Wembley, Saracens set a new world record when 84 068 people turned out as a part of a record crowd for a club rugby match.
They were suitably entertained in a 42-14 thrashing of London rivals Harlequins, as Alastair Hargreaves captained a side that included Jacques Burger and Neil de Kock in the five-try win.
