Russia name squad to face Ireland

Russia coach Lyn Jones has named his team for the Pool A match against Ireland at Kobe Misaki Stadium on Thursday, 3 October.

The side has made nine changes to the starting XV that took on Samoa on Tuesday, 24 September.

Yury Kushnarev, Russia's record test caps holder and their all-time leading points scorer, has not been included in the match-day 23.

Artemyev and Andrey Garbuzov both start and Vladimir Ostroushko could come off the bench to become the only three players making a seventh RWC appearance for Russia.
