Reinach & Biggar shine as Saints move into fourth
- 1433
Fresh off the back of helping Wales to a Grand Slam Six Nations last weekend, Dan Biggar pulled on a Northampton Saints jersey and put in a huge shift on attack and defence to lead his side to a 15-29 victory over Leicester Tigers.
The Welsh playmaker combined brilliantly with his Springbok halfback partner, Cobus Reinach in the first half as Saints took a convincing 3-20 lead.
The speedy halfback scored the opening try of the game off the back of some superb skill with Biggar failing to convert his first kick of the night.
What a try @SaintsRugby 🔥

George Ford responded with a penalty before Mike Williams was sent to the sin bin before the half hour mark.
Biggar found his kicking boots right after the card to put his side 5 points ahead before Tom Collins score a brace before the break.
Biggar would go onto to add 9 points to his tally in the second half and finished the game having made 22 tackles, missing just one!
Reinach on the other hand made 38 running metres beating one defender and made one clean break.
Rory Hutchinson had a superb game at outside centre throwing a great skip pass out to Naiyaravoro which lead to Collins' second try.
"What a try! Just brilliant rugby all around!"
