Ospreys secured a bonus point victory over Zebre at the Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi, Dan Evans scored a hat trick of tries as Ospreys came from behind to win comfortably 40-10. The result means Ospreys have now won their last six Pro12 games on the bounce while Zebre remain bottom of the table.
Ospreys were without 14 players away on international duty and were given a scare in the first half when the hosts looked comfortable against the in-form Pro12 side.
Elsewhere, Scarlets leapfrogged Glasgow Warriors into 4th place in the Pro12 with an impressive 26-14 victory at Scotstoun.
Both sides started positively but Scarlets managed to go into the break leading 20-11, with tries from Tom Williams and James Davies. This was a momentum building win for the Scarlets, who dominated at the breakdown.
Munster slayed the Dragons 45-17 in a hugely dominant performance at Irish Independent Park. Jaco Taute registered two first half tries to put the Guinness PRO12 leaders on their way to 14 wins in 15 games.
Ulster ended their four-game losing run in all competitions by holding on for a 24-18 bonus-point victory over Edinburgh in the Guinness PRO12 at the Kingspan Stadium. Four tries in the first half helped to secure a bonis point but they left it very late to see off a late Edinburgh resurgence.
Leinster ran out comfortable winners in their 40-13 encounter against Treviso. The visitors ran in 3 unanswered first half tries and continued to assert their dominance after the interval, claiming a bonus point try before adding two more late scores.
Connacht came from behind to beat Cardiff Blues at the Arms Park to complete a Pro12 double over the Welsh region thanks to some composed kicking.
