Munster travel to Aviva Stadium in arguably the biggest PRO14 clash of the weekend.
Leinster are currently the Conference B leaders Leinster welcome arch-rivals Munster looking to make it five wins from six this season.
Both sides head into the encounter following wins over fellow Irish sides in round 5. Leinster claimed a 20-3 win over Connacht while Munster ran in a record nine tries to overwhelm Ulster 64-7.
The last time these two sides faced off
Leinster have won their last nine matches at Irish Rugby HQ in all tournaments, since Toulon beat them there in the Champions Cup in December 2015, while Munster have only won once in the last seven fixtures between the sides.
Team News
There are three changes to the Munster side that secured a record PRO14 win over Ulster last weekend at Thomond Park.
Jean Kleyn comes into the second row in the only change to the pack with Darren Sweetnam and Sammy Arnold joining the backline.
Andrew Conway is set to make his 100th Munster appearance in the clash.
It will be a memorable clash for Rob Kearney as he gets set to win his 200th cap for the club. He made his debut in September 2005 away to the Ospreys scoring a try in a 22-20 loss.
Luke McGrath has been named amongst the replacements and is due to win cap 100 if introduced.
