Two of the Sunday games, Harlequins v Exeter Chiefs and Newcastle Falcons v London Irish are live on PRTV.
Round 20 of Gallagher Premiership Rugby also kicks off with the Saints, this time at home as they host Bath Rugby at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens, live on BT Sport.
There is one game on Saturday in Round 20, on PRTV, Newcastle Falcons making their longest trip of the season to Exeter Chiefs.
The round ends on Sunday with another triple-header of matches – London Irish v Sale Sharks on PRTV, Gloucester Rugby v Leicester Tigers on BT Sport, alongside a repeat of one of the most famous matches in recent Premiership history as Harlequins head to Ashton Gate to take on Bristol Bears, stirring memories of the legendary Gallagher Premiership Rugby semi-final when Quins came back from a 28-0 deficit.
