Premiership disciplinary news

Exeter Chiefs’ Alec Hepburn and Worcester Warriors Rory Sutherland will appear before an independent disciplinary panel tomorrow (Tuesday 11 January 2022).

Hepburn received a red card in the first half of the match between Harlequins and Exeter on 8 December 2022 for Tip Tackle, contrary World Rugby Law 9.18. 

Sutherland received a red card for Dangerous Tackling in the first half of the match between Bath Rugby and Worcester Warriors on 9 January 2022, contrary to World Rugby Law 9.13. 

Both cases will be heard by an independent disciplinary panel comprising Charles Cuthbert (chair) with Olly Kohn and one other panel member to be confirmed.
