Scarlets and Wales hooker Ken Owens has undergone a scan to determined the severity of a neck injury he suffered during training.
Owens missed the Scarlets' Pro12 win over Italian outfit Treviso last week and has undergone assessment by both his side's medical team and external specialists.
"We have undergone a thorough process of consultation with specialists over the last few days in regards to Ken's injury, and will decide on the best course of action in the coming days.
