Not done yet! Nick Abendanon makes retirement U-Turn

Former England and Clermont fullback Nick Abendanon has agreed a deal to continue his playing career signing a two-year deal with French PROD2 club Vannes.
The 33-year-old was released by Clermont earlier this year and was linked to multiple clubs across the globe with PROD2 sides interested with other reports also suggesting a move to the Major League Rugby season.
However, with January’s Covid-19 outbreak hitting rugby finances around the globe meant that no deals formalised for Abendanon.
Abendanon told The Rugby Paper: “I’m out of contract at the end of June and had a couple of potential options that looked very promising, but both of those have dried up.
“That’s obviously disappointing and at this stage it looks as though I’m going to be hanging up my boots, unless something else comes along in the next three months.”
However a deal with Vannes sees the fullback continue his career in France's second division. The two time England International departs Clermont after six years at the club.
