Nick Civetta to appear before an independent disciplinary panel

Nick Civetta of Doncaster Knights will have his case dealt with by an independent disciplinary panel on 4 January 2018.

Civetta is charged with dangerous charging, contrary to laws 10.4(g) or in the alternative, charging into a ruck or maul, contrary to law 10.4(h).

The incident occurred in the first half of the Championship match between Doncaster Knights and Yorkshire Carnegie on 29 December 2017 where Civetta allegedly made contact with Will Homer of Yorkshire Carnegie.

The hearing will take place on the papers on 4 January 2018 and will be heard by Sam Hillas with Barry O’Driscoll and Siobhan Walsh
