New signing Will Hooley says it was Exeter Chiefs’ history of bringing through young players that convinced him to join the club.
The 21-year-old fly-half has penned a two-year deal and will move from Northampton Saints – who play the Chiefs on Sunday – over the summer.
Hooley was part of the England squad that won the Junior World Championship in 2013, and having seen international teammates such as Jack Nowell, Henry Slade, Sam Hill and Luke Cowan-Dickie kick on from there in Devon, he is keen to follow suit.
