Bay of Plenty secured a thumping 52-25 home win over Northland in week 4 of the Mitre 10 Cup. Bay of Plenty ran in three first half tries to one to take a 19-11 lead into the break. Things opened up in the second half, allowing the hosts to cross for a further five tries to round out an emphatic victory, their first of the tournament while Northland remain without a win.
