As early as January this year, Leicester Tigers were on a mission to boost their squad for this year's season with the first signing confirmed in early January.
The club is currently the most successful English club since the introduction of league rugby in 1987, a record 10 times English champions – 4 more than either Bath or Wasps.
This year, they have made 7 confirmed signings to further strengthen their squad to some more triumph.
Here are their signings so far this year:
JP Pietersen (signed 11 January 2016)
Pietersen was a World Cup winner with the Springboks in 2007 and also played in the 2011 and 2015 competitions.
He has scored 22 tries in 66 Tests since making his international debut in 2006.
Luke Hamilton (17 May 2016)
Leicester Tigers signed the back-rower from French club Agen.
Hamilton was a member of the Wales Under-20 squad at the World Junior Championships in 2012 and played Pro2 after moving to France before stepping up to Top 14 in 2014.
Ellis Genge (26 May 2016)
Genge had been on loan at Tigers for several months of this season and agreed a long-term move.
He made five appearances for Tigers in the closing stages of the 2015/16 season, including the Premiership semi-final.
