Rugby Club Toulonnais is delighted to announce the extension of the contract of Jules Danglot, a promising youngster and a real asset for the club in the scrum half position. This contract extension marks a significant step in the player's career, as he will turn professional next season.
Jules Danglot, aged 22, joined Rugby Club Toulonnais in July 2021. He has, since then, demonstrated strong determination to raise his level of play, as well as talent on the pitch, both with the first team as the Espoirs. His enthusiasm, his carefree attitude and his passion for the game quickly made him a popular part of the locker room.
Laurent Emmanuelli, Sports Director, expresses his satisfaction with this contract extension: " We are extremely proud of Jules' progress over the last two seasons. His youth, his energy and his self-sacrifice reflect the values that we cherish at Rugby Club Toulonnais. He is the archetype of the true mischievous scrum-half and appreciated by his forwards, an essential quality to corner them well. We are convinced that Jules will be able to play a key role in our quest for excellence."
The extension of Jules Danglot's contract demonstrates the long-term vision of Rugby Club Toulonnais, which focuses on the development of these young talents by retaining them and giving them their chance in the first team. The club continues to focus on the future and continues to build an ambitious team, mixing young people from the Training Center with more experienced players.
