John Kingston is the new Harlequins Director of Rugby

Current Harlequins head coach, John Kingston, has been announced as the new Director of Rugby for next year following O'Shea's resignation

Mark Mapletoft will succeed Kingston as head coach and will be assisted by former England assistant coach Graham Rowntree as forwards coach, while number eight Nick Easter will become defence coach
