The loose-head prop has spent the last three months playing for Bedford Blues, who he joined following the collapse of London Welsh last December.
"Although it has been quite a disjointed season for me personally I have been really impressed by Ealing Trailfinders performances this season,” Hallam said. "They thoroughly deserved their third place finish and I am looking forward to being a part of what is hopefully another very successful campaign.
The 26-year-old Hallam joined Welsh following two seasons with London Scottish. During his time at the Athletic Ground he played 41 times and scored one try.
