Gloucester team news ahead of Saints clash

The Gloucester Rugby side to take on league-leaders, Northampton Saints, at cinch Stadium @ Franklin's Gardens tomorrow afternoon has been named.

Santi Socino starts at hooker, with Harry Elrington and Ciaran Knight as his props.

Arthur Clark and Freddie Thomas form an exciting young second-row partnership behind them, with Albert Tuisue, Jack Clement and captain, Lewis Ludlow in the back row.

Italian international, Stephen Varney starts inside Charlie Atkinson in the half-backs, with Jack Reeves amd Louis Hillman-Cooper in the midfield.

Josh Hathaway, who scored a hat-trick in his last Gallagher Premiership fixture, starts at full back, with Jake Morris and Alex Hearle on the wings.

On the bench, Sam Scarfe, is primed for a debut. He's on a short-term loan deal from United Rugby Championship side, Dragons RFC.

Scarfe is joined by Mayco Vivas, Fraser Balmain, Danny Eite and Rob Nixon as forwards replacements, with Charlie Chapman, Morgan Adderly-Jones and Ioan Jones the backs replacements.
