George Simpson and Ben Williams sign for Ealing Trailfinders

Ealing Trailfinders can today announce two for the 2018-19 season, with Ben Williams and George Simpson both joining the club from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
After featuring for Harlequins at age grade level, Simpson has played for London Irish in the Singha Sevens tournament with his pace making him a big attacking threat.
Williams, who played at scrum-half alongside Simpson at Cardiff Met University, has played for Worcester Warriors in the Premiership A League which has given him a taste of rugby at the highest level.
On the signings, Director of Rugby Ben Ward said: “It is clear that both of these players have real quality and we look forward to both of them developing further at Ealing Trailfinders.
"George is an attacking full-back with a bit of X factor about him.
"He has also played a lot of his rugby at fly-half and will give us another play-making option for next season.”
Ben has a very good kicking and passing game. is core skills are very strong Hand I’m sure he will benefit from working with the likes of Luke Carter, Ryan Foley and Jordan Burns.”
The pair both played in the BUCS Super Rugby University Final at Twickenham against Hartpury this year.
