England A vs Scotland A fixture called off

The scheduled match between England A and their Scottish counterparts, which was due to take place today (Sunday) has been called off amid Covid-19 concerns. 

It has been decided that the match will not be postponed but rather called off entirely and ticket holders will receive automated refunds in due course. 

England Head Coach Eddie Jones, who is preparing his charges to face the USA, said: 

“We are of course very disappointed not to be playing this match and particularly playing in front of a great crowd in Leicester. 
  
 

“However, we understand that the safety and wellbeing of all of our teams and supporters is the most important thing and we wish Scotland the very best.”
