George North signs for Ospreys

After months of speculation, Ospreys have confirmed that Wales and Lions winger George North will join the club ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The Northampton Saints winger has been mulling over which region to commit to since flagging up his intention six months ago to return to Wales on national dual contract.
North returns to Wales having spent 5 years with Northampton Saint. His first season at the Saints ended with him helping the side win both the European Challenge Cup and the Aviva Premiership scoring seven tries in 15 Premiership appearances.
George’s professional career started with Llandovery in 2010, a feeder club for Scarlets whom he joined 2010. During his three years with Scarlets, George scored 14 tries for the West Wales region before joining the Saints in the summer of 2013. The 26-year-old has represented Wales 73 times scoring 32 times.
