Champions Cup Highlights: Glasgow vs Exeter

Tries from Stuart Hogg, Tommy Seymour and Man of the Match Matt Fagerson, as well as a penalty try, saw a sold-out Scotstoun roaring their side to a 28-21 victory. Sam Simmonds, Don Armand and Ian Whitten dotted down for the Chiefs but it was only enough to secure a losing bonus point.  Nic White's yellow card for a deliberate knock-on at the 53-minute mark was the turning point in the game with a penalty try awarded and allowed Glasgow able to exploit overlaps. It was a very entertaining game with two very contrasting styles of play. Exeter found success through ball retention with pick and gos while Glasgow were untouchable at times, throwing offloads and running from deep at every opportunity. Exeter had to settle for a losing bonus point which unfortunately put an end to their European campaign.
