Bulls vs Glasgow Warriors: A look at the numbers

After trailing at the end of of the first half, the Glasgow Warriors rallied in the second half to secure a hard fought 16-21 victory over the Blue Bulls in Pretoria.
However, the score can only tell us so much, lets take a look at some of the numbers and stats from the game.
Jack Dempsey led the pack in metres gained with 112 metres, well ahead of second placed Josh McKay who ended on 84 metres followed by captain Kyle Steyn with 76 metres.
Dempsey and Mckay also beat the most defenders on the night with seven, one better than Kyle Steyn who beat 6. Steyn was lethal on attack breaking the line three times, while Mckay, Sebastien Cancelliere each beat one resepectively.
Elrich Louw eneded the night with the most carries with 15 carries, two better than Bulls flanker Marco van Staden with 13, while Dempsey ended his night on 12.
Bulls scrum-half Embrose Papier completed 91 passes, almost 30 more than George Hornes 69, while Goosen ended with 19 passes, the third highest on the night.
Four offloads for Goosen, two from Matt Fagerson and one Johan Grobbelaar saw them top that list. Scott Cummings was resolute on defense with 21 tackles. Dempsey completed 20 tackles while Matt Fagerson ended on his night with 19 tackles made.
