Bulls rest Pollard, Serfontein

The Vodacom Bulls are set to rest two Springboks ahead of their Vodacom Super Rugby clash with the Queensland Reds at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.


Boks Jan Serfontein and Handre Pollard have both been given the week off as per the agreement with SA Rugby to rest contracted Springboks and manage their game time during the season.


This means that Burger Odendaal, who has impressed since his 11th hour replacement of Serfontein before the Crusaders game, will continue in the midfield in Serfontein’s absence for another week.
