Billy Holland signs Munster contract extension
Holland has made has made 120 appearances for Munster since 2009 and has captained the team on a number of occasions.
In the 2012/2013 season he featured in every PRO12 game and made four European appearances, including his first Heineken Cup start against Racing Metro in Paris. Holland was named the IRUPA Unsung Hero for that season.
Holland completed the 2013/2014 season with 25 Munster appearances and a Player of the Year nomination.
"Billy is one of the most experienced guys in the squad and has always stood up as one of our leaders and decision makers, especially in recent seasons.
"(His) work ethic and determination is second to none and it will be great to have his astute rugby knowhow on the field in the seasons ahead,” said Head Coach Anthony Foley.
