Anglo-Welsh Cup Highlights: Leicester Tigers v Gloucester Rugby

Nail biting battle at Welford Road where the Tigers stuck it out long enough to get the win in the end. Young gun and man of the match Charlie Thacker got scoring underway for the home side with a try after 12 minutes. Paddy McAllister barged over the line 16 minutes later. The second half was an equally tight affair with 2 tries a piece through Holmes, and Thompstone for Leicester and Hudson and Vellacott for the travelling side. Kickers had a mixed bag of results but Joe Fords boot got his side over the line at the end of the day.
