"His value to Saracens is irreplaceable" - Prasie heaped on Theo McFarland
- 2125
Praise has been heaped upon Theo McFarland following his man-of-the-match display against Leicester Tigers.
Few will have known of the Samoan international when Saracens announced his signing back in August 2021 but the blindside flanker has quickly established himself in the Saracens pack.
Speaking after the match Ugo Moyne spoke highly of the flanker saying that 'his value to Saracens is absolutely irreplaceable' while also reserving praise for Saracens' head of recruitment Nick Kennedy for finding him.
"His value to @Saracens is irreplaceable. He seems to be an absolute world-beater."

Theo McFarland’s handling and lineout delivery rightly being lauded on BT Sport - it’s phenomenal - but he’s not the first Saracen to possess such powers. Tony Diprose was taking and giving lineouts one-handed in the black-and-white days!
