@KatieBoylan: Noel Reid getting MOM Katie after a good solid performance and a fantastic try to go with it. He is a future Leinster star and maybe even an future Ireland player. Was good in defence and he has a lot of pace to burn as you will see from the highlights of his try.

Well that is all we have time for this evening as Leinster win in Zebre 31-8. A very tight match in the first half with Leinster leading 10-5 at the break. The scoreline at the end sort of flatters Leinster but their young talented backline came good in the second half securing them maximum points. The match did not start off too well for Leinster with the reigning champions going behind to a try from Zebre flanker Van Schalkwyk, but the Blues are not champions for nothing and reacted brilliantly with Cooney going over 5 minutes later. Gopperth's boot gave them a 5 point lead at the break in which they probably deserved at the time. The Second half took a while to get going until the 55th minute after a great backline move from Macken and Coughlan-Murray with Noel Reid eventually going over under the posts. Zebre reacted with Haimona getting a penalty but that was as good as it got for the homeside. Madigan came on and made an immediate impact with a fantastic offload for Kirchner who went over for their 3rd try of the game after 65 minutes. Leinster pushed for a fourth try that looked like it would never come but with 2 minutes left Leinster got what they needed after some great work from Substitute Hudson who used his pace and strength to go over for the Blues. Next up for Leinster is a Valentine's day clash with the Dragons at the RDS next Friday. So the fans will hope love is in the air and The Blues pick up another win that will go along way in deciding the Pro12 this year. As for Zebre it does not get any easier from here with a game away to Munster next Saturday with Thomond Park expecting a comprehensive win. Zebre go on the attack looking for a late consolation but they are unable to breach this Leinster the defence with the Blues turning over and as a result ending the match. The referee blows the full time whistle and Leinster win 31-8 and also pick up a bonus point with Hudson getting the try 3 minutes from time.

Leinster get the fourth try and what a fantastic individual try it was from Darren Hudson. Mackens pass to him was behind him. But the substitute picked up the ball and went on a run shrugging off the tackle of Toniolatti and going over the whitewash for a brilliant try. Madigan gets the extras. 2 minutes left on the clock.
