Bordeaux hosts defending champions Racing 92 in round one of the French Top 14
Bordeaux finished in 7th position last season, winning 14 of their 26 matches. They will look to go one better and make it into the top six playoff spots.
Racing finished 4th in last season’s standings, but victories over Toulouse in the quarter finals, Clermont in the semi-finals and a 29-21 win over Toulon in the final saw them crowned champions. They will look to get the defence of their title off to the perfect start.
