Toulouse started the season with back to back wins over Montpellier and Bordeaux, but went down 28-14 to Racing 92 in round 3. A win for Toulouse will see them climb into the top 3 on the table.
Toulon has had a poor start to their campaign, winning one of three matches to languish in 12th position in the standings.
Both sides will be desperate to return to winning ways. Toulouse did the double over Toulon last season, winning 31-8 and 12-10.
