Renton has been used plenty on the wrap around today. North Harbour seem to be sucked in every time opening up the outside backs
Otago were out early after that half time chat and they have history to look after as North Harbour have not won here in 11 years...
Solid set piece work by North Harbour and they get back into the game. Harbour did really well to set the maul from the line out and fend off the defensive effort and drive over
Offsides against Franklin and North Harbour set up an attacking line out
Otago are just in control of this game. They sit back and defend the North Harbour attack and do so well, just when they NH side see some light and the try line, Otago rob them of the ball. Great turnover and the pressure is released
Great running again by the Otago backs as Fuatai goes over for his 2nd. He gets an inside pass at pace only 6m out and the rest is history. There were plenty of numbers out wide for Otago too as their attack is reaping the rewards
Otago cutting Harbour apart in the backs now with some great line running and angles
That try was amazing. Tony Brown as coach, was no doubt at the heart of that try. The ball went out wide to Walden and he had to dummy runners that he missed, he seemed to have completely butchered it only to pop it to a man coming back into traffic who finds Fa'asiu at pace who breaks the line and steps the last man.
Great Try for North Harbour as Bryn Hall snipes around the base after a very effective clear out by Triggs. He finds Li who was in support and shook pone tackler to go in and score.
Bryn Hall puts in a great kick from the base of the ruck after Otago ran the ball after a kick ahead and landed up in trouble. Great work by North Harbour to rip the ball free
